The 20th Asian International Machine Tools & Metalworking Technology Exhibition
The countdown has begun to the opening of the nation’s 20th Asian International Machine Tools and Metalworking Technology event – METALTECH 2014. Set to be held at the Putra World Trade Centre
in Kuala Lumpur this 21-24 May 2014, the exhibition is expected to provide visitors with the latest and most comprehensive display of machine tools and metalworking technologies.
METALTECH come a long way over the past 20 years, starting from humble beginnings in 1995 of being a two hall local machine tool event to become one of the most significant trade fair for sourcing of machine tools and metalworking technologies internationally. I am proud to announce that METALTECH now host 6 halls of the best brands and companies in the machining and metalworking industry. Over the 20 years, METALTECH has attracted more than 400,000 trade buyers from all around the world and has accumulated a sales figures of up to RM4.5 billion.
METALTECH 2014 is expected to attract some 25,000 international trade buyers and decision makers who will congregate over the 4-day event to meet, source and network with more than 1,800 participating companies from 38 countries.
The theme “Two Decades of Machining Excellence” not only marks the event’s 20th anniversary but most importantly demonstrates our commitment to continuously positioning METALTECH as the most significant platform for sourcing of machine tools and metalworking technologies.
International brands such as ABB, Haas, Mitutoyo, Carl Zeiss, LVD, Kuka, DMG Moriseiki, Sodick,
Widia, and many more is expected to impress buyers with the latest technologies and innovations in their unrelentless journey to provide solutions to all your manufacturing needs. METALTECH is the best platforms for any professionals in the trade to learn, share and exchange knowledge and experience pertaining to the industry.
METALTECH is also honored with the participation of national groups from Austria, China, Korea, Singapore and Taiwan who will be introducing their heap of experience and innovations from their country. A ‘Welcome Back’ is especially given to the Busan Pavilion, renowned for its automotive and shipbuilding capabilities, returns to METALTECH.
